1. What personal information do we collect?
We collect the personal information that our users provide to us when they contact us, sign up for our services or use any of our products, contact us via the internet, Website or our App, or purchase merchandise from us. When you request information from us or sign up for any of our products or services, we may ask you to provide your name, date of birth, the name of the school you attend, the names and locations of the clubs or teams where you are a member, the name of a parent or legal guardian, as well as your address with zip code, telephone number and email address. We may also collect some or all of this same information for your parent or legal guardian. If you purchase a product or service from us, we will ask you for financial information, such as a credit card number, and a shipping address and a billing address.
From time to time we may offer contests and you may complete an entry form and, in these case, we may collect additional information about you.
2. What other kinds of personal information do we collect?

SICKSPORTS collects certain information from your browser using small data files called "cookies." We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. This type of cookie helps us recognize a user if he or she visits multiple pages on our Website during the same session, so that we do not need to require a password to access each page. These cookies terminate once the user closes their browser. Further, we use a persistent cookie that stores user login ID (but not password) to make it easier for users to login when returning to our Website. We encode our cookies so that only we can interpret the information stored in them. You may remove or block this cookie using your browser settings to disable the feature.

9. How do I access and update my personal information?
Whenever you use our products and services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes.
